1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during seasonal sales), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping (Cairo & Giza): 2-3 business days.

Standard Shipping (Other Governorates): 3-5 business days.

Remote Areas: Delivery may take up to 7 business days..
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation message once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We support Cash on Delivery for all locations within Egypt. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready for the courier to ensure a smooth delivery process.
5. Damages & Issues
Levanto is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately or refuse the shipment upon delivery.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and take clear photos of the damage to assist us in resolving the issue with the courier.
6. International Shipping Policy
We currently only ship to addresses within the Arab Republic of Egypt. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
